Back in 1975, Bill Gates founded Microsoft with childhood friend, Paul Allen. The company was then known as Nasdaq "MSFT".

Bill Gates left His post at Microsoft in July but few seem to realize that He actually hasn't been the company's chairman and C.E.O. since 2000, when Steve Ballmer took over the post. Bill stayed on as chief software architect.

Microsoft now has 63,000 employees in more than 100 countries and generates annual sales of $40 billion (U.S.) through its Microsoft, Windows, MS-DOS and Xbox brands, as well as from other subsidiary interests.

Back in 2000, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was formed; it now has assets worth $29.1 billion! The foundation concentrates on global health and education work.

Now, $29.1 billion is a Lot of money in anyone's language! But what are the real reasons that Bill Gates is concentrating on with His charity works!? Firstly, the donations that He makes will be one Huge tax write off! That's serious money there!

Secondly, Mr Gates has reportedly said that He wants to win the Nobel Peace Prize! This man has big goals it seems!

So, now the haze begins to clear and we start to see the actual motivations of Bill and his charity programs! Genuine intent may not be present here at all! Sad times peoples, sad times!
